SessionBrief collects only the data necessary to provide our service: account information (name, email), session notes you upload, and basic usage analytics. We do not collect or store audio recordings unless you explicitly upload them.
Your session data is used exclusively to generate summaries and insights for you. It is never shared with third parties, never used to train public AI models, and never sold.
All data is encrypted with AES-256 at rest and TLS in transit. We use SOC2-ready infrastructure on ISO 27001-certified data centers. Access controls and audit logs are maintained at all times.
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings. Deletion is permanent and processed within 72 hours. Cached or backup copies are purged within 30 days.
